mSoft, Inc., the leading provider of digital asset management systems for the entertainment production industry, announced today that it has changed ownership and renamed itself Dashbox, Inc. In 2009, Twain Media LLC acquired mSoft from company founder Amnon Sarig and his partners to focus on expanding the use of technology to enhance the world of music synchronization licensing. Twain Media is the private investment vehicle of Dave Goldberg and Bob Roback, co-founders of LAUNCH Media, Inc. and former worldwide heads of Yahoo! Music. Mr. Roback is the company’s CEO and Mr. Goldberg, also CEO of SurveyMonkey, Inc., is its Chairman.
